After the introduction of the Ydro Process®:

  • 97% reduction in sludge hauling was achieved over a 52-week period
  • 75% Reduction in TP Effluent without any Phosphorus removal infrastructure
  • All previous products, for nutrient removal, odor control and sludge reduction failed to deliver as promised and thus, stopped being used after the Ydro Process® introduced
  • The Utility as well as Texas Commission On Environmental Quality (T.C.E.Q.) used to receive odor complaints multiple times a week. After the introduction of the Ydro Process®, no odor complaints were received

Sewer Grid Solution in a 4 Mgd Municipality Utility District, WWTP, Texas


Introducing Ydro Microorganisms to the Sewer Grid

  • 2 months after dosing the Sewer Grid in strategic locations, the COD and TSS Influent parameters have been decreased by >60% and >60% respectively.
  • When the biofilm is created in the collection system, material are being detached (FOG, fatbergs and inorganics) from the walls of the sewer grid. The piping system is being cleaned and maintained  free of obstructions.

Rehabilitation of a Natural Lake in Greece -280.000 m3

Project Highlights

  • Two lakes in series were treated.
  • Lake No.1 approximate volume 30.000 m3 and Lake No.2 of 250.000 m3
  • The inflow is surface water and effluent from a wastewater treatment plant
  • The target of the implementation was the overall rehabilitation of the two lakes
  • A combination of Facultative Microorganisms were used throughout three months
  • An increased dosage was used during the cultivation period (first month of application)

Optimization of an On-site Aerobic Digester (100 pounds of food waste per hour) for the Treatment of Commercial Organic Food Waste
